The mission of North Paravur Municipality is to improve the quality of life of its citizens and ensure inclusive, sustainable and balanced urban development through:

• Providing accessible, timely and quality public services to all sections of society.

• Strengthening digital governance and technology-enabled service delivery for greater efficiency and convenience.

• Creating a clean, green, healthy and waste-free urban environment through sustainable waste management practices.

• Improving essential infrastructure and civic amenities, including roads, drinking water, sanitation, street lighting and public health services.

• Promoting the social security and well-being of women, children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities and vulnerable sections of society.
